Drawing from his experience managing sports and business teams, Neil brings valuable skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving to every real estate transaction. He understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience, and is dedicated to providing personalized attention and guidance throughout the entire process. With a background that includes completing high school, completing Computer Technology at Control Data Institute, taking several business and accounting courses at Pasadena Comm College and College of the Desert, and holding an Arizona Realtor license, Neil is well-equipped to provide expert advice and support to clients. His client base consists primarily of individuals and families from out of the local area moving to Gila County, and he has worked with clients ranging in age from 22 to 94 years old.

Beyond his real estate work, Neil has managed a National Champion Hoop it Up basketball team and founded a small business, KarePKG Solutions. He is passionate about off-roading with Side by Sides, hiking, and camping, and serves as a Board Member of the Cobre Valley Community Environmental Advisory Board. Neil’s diverse interests and experiences enable him to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds and provide them with exceptional service.
